After years of crafting exquisite dishes in kitchens across the country, Josh and his wife Amy embarked on a new journey, bringing their love for gourmet flavors and the great outdoors to the shores of Lake Tahoe.

Their story began 25 years ago in Winter Park, Colorado, where their shared passion for outdoor adventures ignited a lifelong bond. From mountain biking and hiking in the summer to thrilling snowboarding sessions in the winter, Josh and Amy have always found joy in exploring nature's playgrounds. Their adventurous spirit even led them to work on rafts in the Grand Canyon, creating unforgettable experiences both on and off the water.

In 2019, Josh and Amy decided to make Tahoe their home, drawn by its stunning landscapes and warmer temperatures. Inspired by the local bounty and their culinary background, they envisioned a unique ice cream experience that reflects their commitment to quality ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship.
